Clear Tool Design
Can accept most CAD exchange formats including .DXF,.DWG,.IGES,.SAT,.PARASOLID,
with CADKEY as a base design software. We can vectorize image files
and scan paper drawings up to 36" wide. |
| Programming |

Tool paths are
written using CL-CAM Laser Software, with parts nsted for minimum
material consumption. We can also accept MASTERCAM and SURFCAM
file formats. |
| Materials |
| |
We stock Cold Rolled,
Hot Rolled mild steel sheet/plate in most gages from .026" up to .750",
and 304 Stainless from .020" up to .375". Sheet sizes are usually
standard 4'x8' and 5'x10'. |
| Laser
Cutting |

Materials are processed
at cutting speeds up to 300 in/min, with minimal heat affected zones, and
dross free. Stainless and Aluminum are usually cut with Nitrogen assist
gas to maintain (no oxide) square edge. |
| Quality |
| |
Positioning accuracies
of up to .002" and Contouring accuracies of up to .004" are available
over the entire cutting area of our machines. |
